1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Asaan Safar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Marketplace
Asaan Safar is a marketplace that connects travelers with DTS-verified travel and tour agencies. We are not a party to the booking contract between you and the agency.
3. Agency Listings
Agencies must hold a valid DTS license and keep their license details current. Misrepresentation may result in immediate removal from the platform.
4. Bookings and Payments
All payments, refunds and itinerary changes are handled directly between the traveler and the agency. Asaan Safar does not process bookings on behalf of either party.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, post unlawful content, or impersonate any person or business.
6. Disclaimer
Asaan Safar is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the conduct of any agency or traveler.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Asaan Safar is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
